Summary

This is a position to work for a fantastic training provider, based in Nottingham, but delivering apprenticeships nationally. This company will be a great company to work for, and will pay well for the right person. The training provider has a number of different provisions including; apprenticeships, ESF, AEB and commercial.

Job Purpose:

You will be expected to generate new business opportunities and manage existing client companies to achieve business development targets as part of the provider’s Apprenticeship division.

Working to maintain excellent links with existing client companies and taking the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities, providing customer/client engagement, and overseeing exceptional stakeholder management with our Apprenticeship Employer partners. You will be able to generate accounts for employers in a wide range of sectors to increase the importance of apprenticeships, in-particular team leading and business & administration standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Identifying and securing new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers/clients, products and services across the Apprenticeship division

2. To assist and support in the development and monitoring of Apprenticeship programmes and maintaining links with stakeholders

3. Undertaking Organisational/Training Needs Analysis to aid/support on the implementation of training programmes to meet employer’s needs, in line with their work force development strategies and succession planning.

4. Maintaining own knowledge of policy changes, funding changes and relevant business expectations.

5. Working with Senior Management to meet budgeted targets and growth plans across all areas.

6. Reporting individual sales and performance data including trend analysis, with forward-looking forecasts on a monthly basis and working to KPIs.

7. Preparing and presenting proposals to convert business opportunities, highlighting market trends, customer analysis and areas for growth.

8. Completing the necessary checks on employers to ensure suitability for training and/or recruitment in support of the Organisational/Training Needs Analysis.

9. To ensure that all data requirements are maintained, records are up to date, accurate and deadlines for returns are made timely with a focus on quality

10. Ensuring that employers are complaint with ESFA funding rules and taking the lead in assisting employers in the management of their Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) account.

11. To deliver high quality impartial information, advice and guidance for employers and learners to make informed choices.

12. Negotiate and contract with other stakeholders to support the delivery of learning and development programmes as required.

13. Updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with a high degree of accuracy and concise detail, ensuring transparency and retaining the ability to analyse interactions supporting the wider growth strategy and supporting customer satisfaction

14. Any other duties as deemed necessary by the business.
