Business Skills Trainer

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist training consultancy. Due to continued success and growth they are recruiting for a Trainer to join their small, dedicated team.
Out client offers training, coaching and consultancy packages to clients throughout the UK and Europe, specialising in soft skills including: communication, customer service, HR, leadership, sales, employability, well-being and personal development.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering a diverse range of subjects to clients in broad range of industries. Your duties will include:
* Design of programmes and workshops (held both virtually and on site at clients’ premises)
* Delivery of all programmes
* Administration in line with course preparation
* Evaluation of training (including client feedback)
Your working week will include course design and development and delivery to clients anywhere in the UK – based on this, once restrictions are lifted your week will involve extensive travel and overnight stays (on average, 2 or 3 nights per week).
Applicants must have proven experience in design, delivery and evaluation of effective training. You will have a sound understanding of the training cycle and how to effectively use it to enhance the training delivery.
A relevant qualification i.e. CIPD, NLP, Coaching is highly advantageous but not essential. A full driving licence and own vehicle is essential (all travel expenses including fuel is paid for).
