About The Role

You will be working from our Edinburgh office, supporting our Edinburgh & Leamington teams, as well as Directors. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the world of business to be hands on with the back-office function of a busy & growing business. In this role, no two days will be the same and you will have the opportunity to be involved in – finance, admin, sales, and market research.

This Role Will See You Doing

* Supporting the management team & directors with administration tasks.

* Processing sales orders.

* Invoice management.

* Ensuring customer records are kept up to date.

* Supplying candidate data for database set up and distribution to clients.

* Management of internal supply chain to ensure deadlines are met on weekly reporting.

* Creating and distributing weekly figure report.

* Managing company inboxes.

* Managing the main company phonelines.

Training

Full training will be provided for our internal systems

Progression

Progression in our business is big for all staff and this also applies to this position, you will be able to sample different areas of our business and will be offered a position in your desired department if desired.

Salary & Benefits
