Business Systems Manager / Business Analyst – SAP Business One

Salary : £45000 – £55000/annum + bonus
Internal role for an ERP Business Systems Manager or ERP Consultant with SAP Business One software experience, to join a specialist production and distribution company based near Bromsgrove. They have been in business for nearly 20 years, they have around 60 employees and they are experiencing massive growth globally at the moment. They are offering flexible conditions, with a mix of home and office based work, but you would probably have to go into head office at least twice a week, so need to be in reasonable commuting distance. Salary to £55k.
Strong functional ERP skills, a good understanding of business processes, particularly supply chain, production, finance, warehousing, and sales and marketing, and the ability to manage several projects concurrently is essential. SAP Business One is already in place within the company, and you will be responsible for managing the SAP B1 solution and all other business systems, working alongside the IT Manager and his assistant, and liaising with the ERP partner. This will include gathering functional and technical requirements, recommending, project managing and implementing new software or upgrades where necessary, setting and managing the business systems budget alongside the FD, negotiating contract terms, software costs and licences and monitoring supplier performance.
Your profile:
SAP Business One business analysis, implementation, project management, systems management
Strong ERP functional experience, analysis and business process ownership
Production, distribution, warehousing, supply chain knowledge
Strong project management – able to manage multiple projects concurrently
Excellent at eliciting requirements and working with stakeholders from the board to the warehouse floor
Ability to identify, recommend, and implement new solutions to drive the company forward
High level of education
Able to set and run a business systems budget and report on expenditureHopefully you are engaging, and confident and can build strong relationships within the business, manage their SAP Business One Partner to ensure you get the best out of the system, and monitor the performance of their other suppliers. You can create and maintain SAP Business One manuals, provide SAP B1 training to new employees, produce training material for the users and produce business systems reports on a monthly basis for the board. You will also be expected to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
You will champion the best use of their systems and will ensure that the software is developed to meet the needs of the stakeholders and is utilised to its full potential.
