Staffline is recruiting for a Butcher (Trimmer) to work in Lower Hordley, Ellesmere, Shropshire.
You will be earning a competitive piece rate of pay, between £400 – £700 per week, depending on experience and shift.
The pay rates for the boning hall for the day shift is between £500 – £700 gross per week.
The pay rates for the boning hall for the night shift is between £400 – £570 gross per week. The night shift is temporary for line training purposes, successful candidates will progress to day shift.
The shift for this role is Monday to Friday 5pm – 1.30am.
Your Time at Work
As a Butcher (Trimmer) at this site, you will work in a beef production area, using knives and other equipment provided to ensure that all products are boned/trimmed to meet specification whilst minimising waste.
You will be handling raw meat on a busy production line. To ensure product quality, the work environment is chilled.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Butcher (Trimmer) is prepared to work in a cold, busy environment.
You will have experience as a butcher in a fast paced production line, ideally with preparing beef carcases for food production.
Candidates must be able to provide 2 written references from previous workplace.
