Butler Profile:
* Previous banqueting background experience in 5-star hotel, hospitality and events, contract catering conferences is essential.
* Minimum 3 years experience of silver service in London.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Immaculate grooming standards.
* Have extensive knowledge of emotional intelligence, body language and non-verbal communication.
* Ability to work with minimum supervision.
* Striving to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Confidence & professionalism when interacting with high profile clients.
* Flexible to work varied hours.
* Paying exceptional attention to detail.
* Working towards Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.
