Here at the Berks, Bucks & Oxon Wildlife Trust we're recruiting for a Cafe Manager to join the College Lake Visitor Centre. Reporting to the Centre Manager, you’ll effectively manage the day-to-day operation of our busy College Lake Café by leading an engaged team, fulfilling best in class customer service, and exceeding your income generation targets.

As a customer champion, and inspirational manager who takes responsibility for putting customers first, you’ll deliver results and spark your team’s passion to provide the best customer experience possible. You’ll take the lead in ensuring the team is kept motivated on a day-to-day basis, whilst also considering your team members’ individual development journeys with the Trust.

Your knowledge and experience of food safety management will ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations surrounding the Café, and your experience with cash handling and reconciliation will aid you in managing the Café budget. Creative flair will be shown through the production of your vibrant seasonal menus which satisfy a range of dietary needs.
