Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum plus tax free vouchers
My well established client is looking for a full time call monitor.
Ideally you will have experience in the financial sector and pensions knowledge would be a huge advantage.
The role will consist of monitoring calls, specifically adhering to compliance and managing the staffs KPIs.
Understanding FCA regulations and complying with them is critical to the Business.
