GSL Education is looking for a Catering Assistant for a client school in Enfield to start working from ASAP. The position requires the candidate to work from 12pm-3pm x 5 days a week (hours cannot be altered).
Key responsibilities and tasks:
Mostly cleaning after lunch session
Helping kitchen with any other needs (can include food prep on occasion)
Helping Chef and Sous chef with any other needs
Maintain high levels of hygiene and comply with all food hygiene regulations
Keep servery and retails areas tidy and clean
The successful candidate will possess:
Maintain high levels of hygiene and comply with all food hygiene regulations
Carrying out basic food preparation, serving meals to children and staff, washing up and cleaning the kitchen and dining room
