Salary : £40000 – £55000/annum + Remote Working Capabilities

They are making Capital Allowances relief available for companies that previously had no knowledge of the benefit that could be gained. On the back of exciting growth, we are looking for a Capital Allowances Consultant to join the team.
The Role
The role requires the delivery of high-quality capital allowances advice and reports to clients to include the preparation of capital allowances valuation reports for submission to HMRC.
You will be able to work autonomously, have an excellent technical understanding of capital allowances and be able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other colleagues. You will be a key part in the growth of the team and will have the opportunity to work with colleagues.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced professional who has a proven track record in the delivery of capital allowances advice to a range of clients, either directly or as part of a team.
Essential Skills:
* The ability to autonomously prepare capital allowances claims for property acquisitions, new developments, and refurbishments.
* Professionally qualified in surveying, taxation or accountancy or undertaking a programme of study towards gaining a professional qualification
* Have technical CA knowledge with high level understanding of current legalisation.
* Excellent time and workload management skills, with ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Proactive, enthusiastic, and commercially minded
* A desire to learn and develop
* Strong oral and written communication skills
* A high level of accuracy
