This house is superbly managed really focusing on activities both leisure, social and volunteering in the community.You will build a relationship with your client and work around their care plan on how best to support them.
This client's unit is a refined care home catering for up to 72 residents with a high level of residential, nursing and dementia offering extensive facilities. Landscaped gardens, Luxury bedrooms, bistro and bar, lounges, Cinema and Hair and beauty salon are just a few of the facilities. It really is a truly special community with a homely feel where our staff and residents enjoy their time together as a family.
Don’t worry about qualifications or previous experience:
No worries you are joining a wonderful team happy to help you settle in. The people person manager will get you through the initial training and then once you are settled in can talk about the specialist training you can go on to.
