Caretaker
Job Type : Permanent, Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £10.79/hour
We are currently recruiting for a Caretaker for our client based in the Oldham area. This role is an ongoing role.
Your role as a Caretaker will include but not be limited to:
* Dealing with the receipt, distribution, collection and despatch of goods.
* Relocating furniture throughout the site, e.g., prepping for events.
* Dealing with cleaning duties, including graffiti removal and litter picking etc.
* Maintain the security of the site securing entrances and exits and reporting potential breaches.
* Dealing with minor repairs such as unblocking drains and minor plumbing.
* Any other duties required.
Caretaker working hours are:
Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
1 hour for lunch
Caretaker rate of pay will be £10.79 per hour.
Requirements for the Caretaker role:
* Must have an in-date, enhanced DBS
* Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal
