We are recruiting for a Catering Assistant to be based at a local well known animal charity site.
You will be given the opportunity to work closely with cooks/ chefs in the preparation of classic favourite dishes and working with other catering assistants.
This role will be to provide healthy meals to students and workers on site. Meals which are prepared on site are dishes such as cottage pie, lasagne, jacket potatoes, fish and chips, sausage, and mash and many more. All meals are made with fresh and local ingredients, and you will be able to prepare each dish from scratch.
Cleanliness of the preparation area to industry standards will be pivotal to this role.
Within this role the expected hours are two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday) from 9.30 am – 2.00 pm.
