The Supply Register is the newly appointed managed service provider for Ark Schools and their 38 Academies in Birmingham, Hastings, London and Portsmouth, supporting the Trust with all their supply and temporary staffing requirements. As part of this service, we are currently recruiting catering assistants to work at our schools in South West and Central London.
By joining the Ark Schools’ bank, you will receive notifications directly from the Academy’s Cover Manager through the Candidate Portal or via their dedicated Partnership Team regarding immediate requirements (daily, short term and long-term supply) as well as any upcoming positions within the Trust on either a permanent or fixed-term basis.
Full time or Part time roles with the potential for pernanent for the right individual.

The Role
Reporting to the Catering Manager, the main duties and responsibilities will include the delivery of a high standard of catering provision including the preparation and cooking of food. You will be self-motivated with an excellent knowledge of cooking techniques and will support the Catering Manager to ensure all students/staff are catered for.
Requirements
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Have previous catering exepreince
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional references
This position is subject to the completion of an Enhanced DBS
