We are currently recruiting for Catering Assistants to join our team here at an exceptional venue at Wild Place Project. This is an exciting opportunity and would suit someone who enjoys customer service, working in fast paced environment surrounded by animals at the same time.
Your responsibilities:
-To be polite, professional and friendly at all times with customers,clients and colleagues
-To ensure the highest level of customer care is adhered to at alltimes
-To demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customerrequests and strive to exceed customer expectations
-To maximize all sales opportunities through selling techniques
-To accept payment and give change to customers, includingoperating a till
-To acquire a good knowledge of all products in order to be able toadvise individual customers on their product choice
-To actively gain customer feedback, passing information gainedonto your line manager.
