Meridian Health are looking for a chef to take on a part time position in Southport & Ormskirk Hospital
30 hours per week. 15 hours at SDGH, and 15 hours at ODGH over 4 days.
Hours are between Monday and Sunday
Hourly rates are £10.60 per hour with enhancements for weekends
Duties include:
Maintaining all operational procedures
To comply with Hygiene and Food Safety Legislation
Stock rotation and store keeping
Regeneration chilled/frozen products
Adhering to “Clean as you go” principles
Requirements:
Experience working in a professional kitchen
Excellent team working skills
Flexible on time
Weekend availability
Driving Licence and car
Good communication skills
NVQ Level 2 Cookery
Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2
HACCP Training
