The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene within our premises, as well as assisting in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
As a Catering & Cleaning General Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
* preparing and cooking meals for pupils;
* planning and controlling all aspects of the service;
* assist keeping the kitchen clean and tidy;
* costing, stocktaking and keeping appropriate records;
* to maintain a balanced diet and varied menus;
* to be aware of the care users’ needs and dietary preferences.
About You

* good verbal and written communication skills.
Preferably with…..
* experience in a similar environment.
* Food Safety Level 2 or working towards.
* high standards and quality driven.
* a ‘can do’ attitude.
An Enhanced DBS with Child Barring is required for this role.
