Catering Manager – Education – Warwick – term time only – salary up to £27,000 depending on experience
My client is an independent contract catering company with a fresh approach to catering within the Education sector.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic Catering Manager to manage a busy catering contract for my clients Flagship school in Warwick. You will be responsible for providing approximately 1800 children healthy and delicious meals using fresh ingredients. You will be responsible for 11 staff, two dining halls, a sixth form café and two snack kiosks.
As Catering Manager you will be a motivated individual who can plan, organise and deliver an exceptional service. You will have the proven ability to drive sales and get the best out of your team.
You will have previous experience of successfully managing a very busy contract, education experience is desirable although B&I experience would also work in this busy environment. You will have a solid cheffing background aswell as a strong front of house presence. You will be very hands on cooking wise and up to date with current food trends also, have the ability to drives sales aswell as motivating your team.
This is a Monday to Friday position, term time only, salary up to £27,000 per annum.
