Salary : £10.50 – £11.50/hour
Our client is situated in the heart of the Vale of Clwyd in an atmospheric 16th Century Gate House. They offer their customers a complete shopping experience with free parking, a licenced coffee shop and a personal shopping experience with 2 floors of fashion, all within a friendly and relaxed environment.
Our client is seeking a Catering Manager to join their busy and friendly team. The Catering Manager will be responsible for running the kitchen and duties will include:-

Managing a team of 11
· Responsible for ordering supplies
· Managing and planning staff rotas
· Ensuring that food is presented to the highest standard
· Cooking and baking to include, light lunches, homemade soups, cakes and Sunday lunch
The ideal candidate must have previous experience of managing a team within the food or hospitality industry and have experience of catering and baking.
Hours are 10am – 4.30pm, 5 days a week,out of 7 on a rota basis
