Head Cook/Catering Manager
Home Support Team (HST) – Head Cook/Catering Manager – 37 hours per week
The Home support team provide support to all of the homes where there is a requirement to support the existing team or cover absence in a particular role. It is for this reason that members of the HST must enjoy variety, working in new environments and different teams and be comfortable “hitting the ground running”
We are looking for caring, sensitive, compassionate individuals to join our catering team to support the delivery of a high quality food and beverages in our homes. Food preparation is paramount to ensuring that food tastes good and is presented well. Duties will include, leading the catering team including preparation and cooking, managing the catering budget, ensuring that the food served meets the requirements of the residents and regularly reviewing menus. Experience of working in a similar role & setting is essential.
