Job Description
· Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, cooking and service delivery
· Manage a team of talented chefs, servers, and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organise, and execute catering events of varying sizes and complexities
· Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
· Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet business demands and maximise operational efficiency
· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to develop team members
· Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and promotes teamwork
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-14:00 (with some flexibility)
