We are currently looking for a Catering Manager to work on our clients site in the Wigan area.

Monday-Friday

7am-3pm

Respponsibilities:

* Overseeing and managing the running of the kitchen

* Planning food menus

* Responsible for the management of stock and ordering supplies

* Training and supervising all staff

* Organising staff rotas

* Ensuring the health and safety regulations are observed and recorded at all times
