Catering Manager

Salary : £25000 – £28000/annum
My client is an international school located just outside the city centre of Birmingham looking to provides healthy high-quality lunches for Children ranging from Primary school years all the way to 6th form students.
They are looking for a highly organised and dedicated Catering Manager to be responsible for all aspects of the catering operation at the school, including the management and administration of the kitchen. The successful candidate will also be hands on in the meal preparation and presentation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 500 children nutritious delicious meals.
Our ideal Catering manager must be motivated and be able to work closely with your team to provide a successful lunchtime service. They will ideally have previous experience in Education catering for large numbers, having a solid cheffing background. You will need to be DBS checked.
Job-type: Permanent, Term-time only
Schedule: Mon-Fri, (40 weeks a year),
Hours: to be discussed at interview, 7:30 start
