catering manager / chef manager (Mon-Fri)

Catering Manager / chef manager for a school in the Croydon area, this role will be from March 2023 & will be a permanent position. Working in a school can give candidates a great work/life balance, with hours tending to be 7am to 3pm. This new contract will be fresh food kitchen and they are big on a healthy eating focus within the school meals.
The role
We are looking for a catering manager who can manage the kitchen, put in a range of new menus and help the team navigate change. You will ensure allergens are followed, all paperwork is correct and you manage a team of kitchen assistants. This role will include all the normal duties of a catering manager.
Experience
We are looking for a catering manager from a fresh food background, this can be a contract catering background, a chef background, a restarant background or a school background. You will need to be able to manage a team, be organised.

* daytime hours (7am to 3pm), Monday to friday.
* WEEKENDS OFF
* 35 hrs a week
