Catering Manager/Cook required

We are seeking a confident, organised & efficient Catering Manager/Cook to join our team at the Talland School of Equitation. We are a busy equestrian centre on the outside of Cirencester and you would be required to prepare meals & snacks for our live in students/staff plus cater for external clients coming to site for lessons, training or short holidays.
You would have sole charge of the menu, ordering, stock taking and follow the guidelines as set out in the Safer food, better business for caterers pack, ensuring all safety checks are completed and cleaning regime followed.
Our café offers basic hot and cold snacks, hot drinks and cakes, 7 days a week.
Requirements
* 9.30am – 6pm 4 days a week, only one weekend in 4 required.
* Good tradition family style cooking
* Ability to work on own initiative though training will be provided.
* Basic food hygiene certificate
* Drivers licence due to remote location.
* Sole charge of all cafe stations to include serving customers, taking payments, cooking and clearing down.
* Excellent record keeping in line with Health & Safety guidelines
