Catering Supervisor

We are looking for a Catering Supervisor for our client based in Leatherhead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join this prestigious school.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy catering environment and be able to work as part of a team. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
This is a term time only position, so great work life balance!
Work pattern is Monday to Friday: 7am to 3:30pm or 10:30am to 7:30pm unless events take place in which case, we require some flexibility. Work one Saturday every 3 and enjoy a day off during the week.
Key responsibilities:
* To oversee the hospitality operation
* Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
* Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
Salary is £12.50 per hour based on a 40 hour week, over 41 weeks of the year.
