Job Title: Catering Support Manager
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 Per Annum + Company Car and Fuel Card
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 – 07:30 to 16.00 – 40 hours per week (Including Week-End and Bank Holiday)
Location: South and South-West England (Ideally based in Swindon)

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Catering Support Manager to join our passionate and driven team on a permanent basis!
Key Responsibilities of a Catering Support Manager is:
Reporting to your Operations Manager you will be required to provide total support as required to the on-site teams, ensuring that all standard company bookwork and procedures have been set up and adhered to.
Providing Chef cover in contracts as required.
Assisting with new team member inductions and training
Production and presentation of food.
Cash handling.
Assisting the Operations Manager with preparing Company reports.
Ensuring Health and Safety and Food Safety compliance including carrying out audits and training.
Key Skills of a Catering Support Manager is:
Ideally a professional catering qualification to 706/1 and 2, or equivalent NVQ, or higher
Food safety L3 would be an advantage
Good working knowledge of IT systems, eg Excel, Word, Teams, etc
Excellent communication skills
Full, clean driving license essential
May involve overnight stays on occasion, depending on location
Enhanced DBS clearance will be required
Mostly daytime hours with occasional evenings, so may suit applicants from a commercial background looking for more sociable hours
** You will be required to travel sites in various locations throughout the South, South West and Wales, including Pembrokeshire, Cardiff, Bristol, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire, Hampshire, and Gloucestershire **
