Catering Team Leader
Meridian Health are currently looking for a Catering Team Leader to work in Southport & Ormskirk Hospital for an immediate start.
Hourly rates are £12.00 per hour with enhancements for weekends
37.5 hours per week between the hours of 7 AM and 8PM. Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week
The aim of the role is to ensure efficient management of all catering services in the hospital
Duties Include:
Providing effective and motivational leadership within the team
Involvement in the recruitment, selection, and interview process
Maintaining all computerised records as appropriate
Providing Customer focussed service
Organising, delivering, developing, and improving the catering service throughout the Trust
Ensuring compliance with all legislation relating to risk management and security
Ensuring compliance with all legislation relating to food safety management
Requirements:
Supervisory Experience
Advanced Food Hygiene Level 4
City & Guilds level 7061 and 2 or equivalent
Basic Computer Skills
HACCP Training
ECDL or equivalent
Flexibility
