Salary : £12 – £24/hour
Immediate opportunities for experienced Chefs to work at East Midlands Airport (DE74 2SA).
You will be required to cover 2 shift patterns between the hours of 0300 hrs – 1130 hrs and 1303 hrs – 2230 hrs covering a 7-day rota.
Skylink bus will get you to East Midlands Airport from Derby, or you must have access to your own transport. Free parking is provided.

Your duties as a Chef will be:
• Preparing food ranging from light buffet snacks, breakfast, and pizzas.
• Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Basic food preparation ready for service.
• Ensure hygiene standards within the production areas.
• Ensuring that the kitchen runs effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards.
To be considered for this chef role:
• You must have gained cooking experience within either a hotel, high street restaurant, pub, banqueting, contract catering or similar catering environment.
• You must have experience in cooking fresh food.
• Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of East Midlands Airport.
You will be required to provide a five-year checkable history and a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
Criminal record check costs will be fully reimbursed.
We would like to hear from individuals that have experience as a chef, chef assistant, chef de Partie, commis chef or similar experience in a kitchen environment.
