Chef
Job Type : Temporary, Part Time, Part Time
Salary : £12 – £15/hour
A competent chef with experience working in care, nursing and residential homes. A Chef with an S/NVQ2 in Catering & Hospitality or Professional Cookery, a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate, and an understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points.
The chef must be highly organised, have knowledge of health and safety legislation and have experience with elderly nutritional needs. Must be able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, have good presentation skills. At least one year of catering experience is required
