Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £11.21/hour

We are flexible in able to offer either a full or part time role, this can be discussed at interview.
Food Handling and Preperation:
– Prepare and cook daily meals for residents and staff.
– Provide catering for special occasions and events.
– Monitor and record food and items required.
Health and Safety:
– Understand safe food handling rules and ensure all food is prepared to the highest standard of hygiene.
– Maintain regular checks of refrigerators and freeszers to ensure food to stored safely.
– Prepare the cleaning rota, while regularly cleaning of all kitchen areas, equipment and appliciances.
– Practice safe systems of work in relation to the Health and Safety Act.
– Knowledge of COSHH assessments.
– Practice safe systems of moving and handling, risk assessments and personal safety for both residents and members of staff.
