Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year depending on experience, plus tips.

Staining Lodge is not your typical golf course. Nestled in the picturesque rolling landscape of the Fylde countryside we have a modern brasserie and atrium with a large terrace that is open to the public, perfect for al fresco dining, serving gourmet breakfast, lunch and a growing reputation for our seasonal mouth watering afternoon teas.
In addition to the Brasserie and Atrium the Glasshouse is a modern, stylish and versatile event space that can accommodate over 150 people, the perfect party venue.
Chef – About the role
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Chef to join our team. The successful candidate will earn £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year depending on experience, plus tips.
You will work 5 days per week, including weekends. Hours of work are predominately daytime 8:30am-5pm with some evening event work, incredibly attractive hours for a commercial kitchen.
Role Requirements
• We have a small team so you will be hands on.
• Patisserie/Baking/Pastry experience is essential for this role
• High standard of food hygiene and health and safety
• A passion for producing dishes to a high standard is essential
Role Responsibilities
• Working closely with the owners to produce seasonal menus for the Brasserie and Glass House including breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and event menus
• Preparing the kitchen for daily service
• Preparing dishes quickly, but with care and attention to detail
• Coaching the existing kitchen team
• Managing stock and maintaining quality control.
