Senior Sous Chef
The Senior Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Providing meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes. The role will benefit from 11 weeks holiday per year, Christmas closure and a great team.

* Hours: 37 per week
Chef de Partie
The Chef de Partie will work in a multi-disciplinary team in a state of the art kitchen within Mary Hare School. The role will be based on 37.5 hours per week worked over a rota including one weekend in three. There are no early morning shifts or late night shifts, with the morning shift starting at 7am and the evening shift finishing at 7pm. This role is based on 41 weeks of the year giving 11 weeks of holiday time and will be paid throughout the year, including over holiday periods!
