Salary : £19000 – £25000/annum plus great tips
Chef opportunity near Halifax, ideally as a Chef de Partie but happy to talk rank for Junior Sous or Prep Chef. This is for a fresh food, trendy, generous portion venue offering great careers.
We are working with a great venue who need a talented chef with a flair for detail and a diverse menu. From Brunch to Tapas, Mediterranean to Blend, this is offers a fun and challenging balance of flavours and sections.
You will cater for circa 2500 covers on an average shift and be versatile to cover sections and work as team. Supported by a strong team of kitchen porters, you will not receive orders after 9pm on an evening and 8:30 midweek.
You will have worked within a busy fresh food venue and have the skills to cover multiple sections, ideally as a CDP or Junior Sous.
Due to the location you would need to be Huddersfield or Halifax based or have a car.
The roles are permanent and are full time, working a standard working 5 days out of 7. This is offering an immediate start, but of course, if you have notice to respect then we will wait for the right talent.
The pay rates are great, coupled with tips on average of £25 per night each.
