Chef
Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £14 – £18/hour
We are looking for Chefs of all grades to work for some of the leading restaurants, VIP Lounges and Hotels based in and around London Heathrow Airport, Windsor and Slough.
£10.00 p/h – 18.00 p/h – Dependant on Chef grade and experience
The main responsibilities will be to prepare food ranging from light snacks and refreshments to lunches and dinners.
Assist in the smooth running of the kitchen.
Maintain quality hygiene standards within the production areas at all times.
Work in a fast paced kitchen and work to set meal and portion plans.
You must have experience within a fine dining restaurant, hotel or banqueting or similar environment.
Chefs must also:
Have a good knowledge of preparing British and European meals.
Have experience as a Commis Chef, Demi Chef, Chef De Partie, Senior Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef or Banqueting Chef.
Possess impeccable grooming standards and presentation skills.
Possess relevant certifications or completion of an apprenticeship.
Be able to commute easily and reside within travelling distance of London Heathrow Airport, Windsor or Slough.
Position will involve shift work between 0700hrs – 2200hrs Monday through to Sunday.
For airport roles, candidates will be required to provide a five-year checkable history and a criminal record check as part of the interview process.
