Interaction Hospitality is looking for experienced Chefs to join this fantastic venue in Leicester. All these positions require previous experience in a similar role. The venue has a superb reputation for serving some of the finest food and delivering world class customer service in the local area
About You:
· You must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
· Accuracy and speed in handling busy services and providing solutions
· Fantastic attention to detail and creativity
· Be able to handle many tasks at once
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
· You will possess up to date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
The Role:
· Ensure consistency and smooth running of food service
· Give appropriate support or guidance to other members of the kitchen team
· Keeping up with industry trends
· Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety & hygiene standards
· Preparing, Cooking & presenting high quality dishes
· Monitor food stocks and place orders as required
