Do you have experience of working in a large volume catering environment within a hotel? If so, my client is a leading Hotel group looking for chefs upto Sous Chef level to work in some of their amazing 4 star hotels on the Isle of Wight.
The hotels are located in the heart of this stunning Island. You will be working be working in your designated area and assisting the Head Chef and Executive Chef as and when needed.
We are looking for candidates who:

* Be enthusiastic with a willingness to grow and learn
* Have a flexible approach to work and passion to progress
* Good culinary skills/passion for food
* Be able to follow direction from Senior Chefs and Managers
* Can prepare ingredients, cook meals and plate dishes on hotel menus as required thought your shift
* Can deliver exceptional food standards
* Can ensure a high standard of hygiene & cleanliness to ensure safe food preparation
* Have a cool head and embrace responsibility
