We have an opportunity for experienced individuals to join our teams, as Chef’s in various locations around the Cotswolds/Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary based on experience.
Our seven multi-award-winning pubs are located in the Cotswolds/Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, and West Sussex. Our aim is to deliver first class food, drink, and accommodation as well as a fabulous customer experience, and we are proud that our pubs have established a reputation for their welcoming atmosphere. We all have an ever-present enthusiasm for creating memories and delivering incredible hospitality along with unique menus and amazing food.
The ideal candidates will have previous cooking experience, along with a passion for high quality seasonal produce. Delivering inspired, unique, individual dishes and menu selections. Experience working across some or all sections in a busy and creative kitchen is essential as is the interest to develop supervisory and mentoring skills.
