We are currently looking for 2 chefs to join our team at Black Rooster Peri Peri at South Clerk Street in Edinburgh.
Black Rooster is a rapidly expanding Peri Peri restaurant which started as 1 outlet in Glasgow. Now there are more than 15 with more opening each month. Excitingly, we are the first in Edinburgh.
Black Rooster is a fast paced environment where we work as a team to produce the best levels of service. As we are a franchise all training will be given in house however we do believe that previous experience with fryers and grill would be a definite advantage.
Our main tasks include:
* Kitchen prep
* Burger station and grill work
* Fryers
* Stock rotation
* General cleanliness
Weekly pay will be dependent on experience
