We have a vacancy for either an apprentice chef looking to progress or an experienced sous chef in Letchworth Garden City
The role is working in a members only private golf club based in Letchworth Garden City. There are a range of menus you will be working on, from standard lunch time menus to creating exclusive dining experiences at banquettes and other functions. All of the food is freshly prepared and cooked to order.
You will be working with an experienced head chef who will support you and equip you to succeed in this post.
This role is open to those who are in at least the 2nd year of their apprenticeship or an experienced sous chef. the hours will vary as they are business led, you will be required to work a minimum of 32 hours per week but be flexible to support other functions that are held throughout the year.
The salary is negotiable depending on experienced and qualifications.

* Previous kitchen experience is desirable
