Job Type : Contract, Full Time
Salary : £20 – £21.75/hour
We are looking for experienced Chefs to work in our newly refurbished Lydiard House Hotel.
The House, Hotel and Park are a seven day operation and include weekends and unsocial hours. Hours required are 37 hours per week and chefs (Cooks) will need to cover 7 days a week from 6am to 10pm varying shifts.
To create a new menu with our existing chefs, prepare and cook food for a variety of events at the hotel from weddings to hotel breakfasts, dinners and lunches and large scale mobile catering.
Significant relevant experience in a senior catering role, extensive experience in hospitality, conference and event catering is preferred.
Hold a relevant catering qualification i.e. City & Guilds 706 or equivalent, a full Food Hygiene Certificate and HACCP training, and will have a sound working knowledge of industry standards for food hygiene and health and safety
