Chef – £13ph – ASAP – Permanent – Woolsthorpe by Belvoir – 5 days out of 7 8.30am – 5.00pm
We have an amazing opportunity for experienced Chefs to join our client's team to be able to showcase your skills in all the different food areas of the business.
Our client caters to all, with affordable, cosy café menus and woodfired pizzas and also offers menus for classic Afternoon Teas, sandwiches, Canapes and light lunches.
Hours will include working rota weekends but will have weekends off also.
Responsibilities of the Chef
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests
• Prepare and make to order from locally sourced ingredients e.g. Paninis / sandwiches / salads / fish and chips
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area to ensure customers are safe and liaise with EHO and trading standards as necessary
Skills and Qualifications for Chef:
• Flexibility to work over weekends
• Supportive of the rest of the team working with you
• Experience of working in a fresh food kitchen with a variety of ingredients
