My client is seeking a talented and dedicated Chef de Partie to join their prestigious culinary team at their historic Cambridge College and associated properties. This role offers you the unique chance to work under the guidance of seasoned Executive Head Chefs, Senior Sous Chefs, Sous Chefs, and Senior Chef de Parties.
As a Chef de Partie, you will take charge of a section in the kitchen, ensuring tasks are efficiently managed and upholding high standards throughout. You will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of delectable dishes, while maintaining effective communication with your team and other related departments. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering top-quality dishes and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
