£27,000 – £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Our client is a Fresh food gastro pub near Saffron Walden. (25mins from Cambridge, Bishops Stortford, Haverhill, Dunmow.)
They are looking for a strong CDP or Sous who can bring new and fresh ideas to their recently renovated pub. Their aim is for the pub to become the hive of the community, a great hub for social events and people to get together, while offering a formal or relaxed dining experience.
The candidate…
2 years minimum experience required in fresh food kitchen.
Some rosette experience preferred but not essential.
Will need own knives. Equipment provided. Whites can be provided.
Own transport is likely required due to location.
The role…
The role will consist of 4 split shifts and 1 straight shift, 5 days a week. However, in some circumstances straight shifts can be arranged.
Overtime will be available and paid if working over the 48-hour threshold.
Meals & refreshments provided.
Holiday paid. up to 28 days per annum.
