Our client have exciting opportunities to join their team
They are a team of over 500, providing fresh and diverse catering, this includes college dining halls, college bars, college cafés, visitor attractions and branded retail catering outlets.
Their students are extremely important to them but they also provide catering to University colleagues, commercial guests, and VIPs including royalty.
Joining as their Chef de Partie, you’ll be an integral part of the team, providing catering support to the Head Chef and ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards. You’ll assist with the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring that individuals are able to complete their specific tasks and that the food is professionally prepared and presented. You’ll help new starters and provide guidance, coaching and ongoing training. You’ll maintain an excellent standard of cleanliness and create high quality dishes, which are prepared, produced, presented and served in accordance with prescribed menus, recipes and standard operating procedures.
You’ll have experience in a similar catering environment and will ideally hold relevant qualifications. You’ll be creative in the kitchen and able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that set deadlines are met.
Typical working hours are between 7am and 9.30pm.
