Working days and hours: 37.5 hours per week (Working 7.5 hours a day on a two week rota with a mixture of early and late shifts between 6am and 6pm as well as working alternate weekends)
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* To work alongside a team of catering staff in a busy kitchen supplying breakfast lunch and supper to our patients and staff.
* Good communication skills completing catering paperwork IE HACCP
* Cleaning paperwork temperature checks.
* Control and order stock and inspect it on delivery.
* Prepare food for cooking.
* Cook and present food.
* Work under pressure so food is served on time.
* Keep to hygiene, health and safety and licensing rules.
Essential Skills:
* Food Hygiene level 3
* Catering experience
* IDDSI trained
* HACCP Knowledge
* Allergen Knowledge
