Job Type : Temporary, Full Time
Salary : £13 – £14.16/annum accrue holiday pay
Key Responsibilities of the Chef De Partie
* To be responsible for maintaining a consistent high standard of food production
* the Chef De Partie is to assist in planning and developing new dishes which reflect the diverse customer base of the Restaurant
* the Chef De Partie to assist with the development and production of menus in conjunction with the needs of internal and external clients
* the Chef De Partie To demonstrate and apply a good understanding of all basic cooking procedures
* To be actively involved in all communications with restaurant managers/supervisors in order to maintain good working practices and procedures
* the Chef De Partie to understand and comply with the requirements to ensure safe working of all equipment
* To monitor and promptly report any faulty equipment to the Executive Chef
* To comply with health and safety procedures, and have an understanding of HACCP and COSHH regulations
* To report any quality issues to the Head Chef
