Interaction Recruitment is looking to find a superstar Chef de Partie to join a stunning Hotel on the cusp of The Cotswolds. The Chef de Partie required for this role will be well versed in rosette standards, as well as operating a multi-outlet venue
About You
· You will be not only a standards driven Chef de Partie , but you will be a natural leader and seamlessly run a section
· You will be up to date with modern trends, and your finger will be on the pulse of hospitality
· You must be hands on, and lead the Commis Chefs by example
· You will be at home cooking amazing food in the comfortable brasserie
The Role
· Delivering quality plates of food throughout the property
· Working with the decorated chef brigade to deliver a seamless all round experience
· Rosette restaurant experience is desirable
· Training the junior team on your section
