What is the purpose of the role?
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly motivated, Chef De Partie who has experience of producing good quality traditional food using freshly sourced local ingredients, working alongside a highly experienced Head Chef.

Your duties are but not limited to:
* Must have previous experience working within a busy kitchen environment
* You will be responsible for section stock control
* Ordering of stock
* Preparing & Cooking dishes
To be considered for this role you will have:
* Must have 2 years’ experience working within a similar industry
* Relevant Catering Qualifications
* Must be available to work evenings & weekends will be required to work 5 days out of 7
