· You must be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure
· Accuracy and speed in handling busy services and providing solutions
· Have fantastic attention to detail and creativity
· Be able to handle many tasks at once
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team
The Role:
· Ensure consistency and smooth running of food service
· Give appropriate support or guidance to other members of the kitchen team
· Control stock and ordering when required
· Ensure adherence to all relevant health, safety & hygiene standards
· Preparing, Cooking & presenting high quality dishes
